Exchange callbacks

Exchange callbacks are sent whenever the status of an exchange created via the /v2/exchange/fixed or /v2/exchange/now endpoint changes. The callback format is the same for exchanges created with either endpoint. When you receive a callback with "status": "confirmed", the exchange has been successfully completed. At this stage, your balances for the affected currencies have already been updated. You can retrieve your current account balances via the /v2/accounts/list endpoint.
